In today’s post-pandemic world, being safe is a big concern for most customers. Many customers have switched to shop online for groceries in Abu Dhabi, and in light of this, many supermarkets have started offering their products online. Considering how each supermarket has different processes to order from them, which can make it confusing for customers. So we’ve put together a simple guide that you can use to learn how to shop online, using our site as an example.
Step 1: Visit the homepage
You can start by visiting rgrocery.ae
Step 2: Become familiar with the website
On the homepage, you will find a few best-selling products, and on the left side of the page, you will find the categories listed there, along with the subcategories.
You will also find a search bar at the top of the page.
You also have a cart page on the top right-hand corner of the website, which will display all the products you’ve added to the cart with the quantity and the price.
If you click on the hamburger icon on the top left corner of the website, you will find About Us, FAQs, the Terms & Conditions page, and the login/sign-up page.
Step 3: Follow the categories or use the search option to find the item you wish to order
You can select the desired category to view all products under it. You will also see the subcategories which you can click on view specific products under the subcategory.
You can search for specific products using the search bar which can be found at the top of the website.
Step 4: Select the item you want to order and add it to the cart
Once you’ve selected an item, you will be presented with the product page.
Here you can look at more information about the product.
You can add the item to the cart by using the add to cart button.
You can also adjust the quantity of the products you need here.
Repeat this process and add all the items you need to your cart.
Step 5: Proceed to checkout
Once you add all the products you want to your cart, you can then click on the cart icon on the top right-hand corner and click on the checkout button to proceed to checkout.
Step 6: Create a new account or log in
Now, you will be taken to a page that will ask you to login into the site. If you are a new customer, you can create a new account using the sign-up button.
Signing up for a new account is very simple. Just type your email address and click on register. Your account is now created, and a link will be sent to your email address for you to set a new password for your newly created account.
Click on the cart icon in the top right-hand corner and click on the checkout button again, which will then take you to a payment page.
Step 7: Make your payment
You can now continue to fill out the form with your billing information, after which you can choose your desired payment method and place the order.
Step 8: Wait for the order to arrive
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Now it’s only a matter of waiting till your order gets delivered to your address.
